A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of logistics experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems. - Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and customers.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the warehouse.
- NITEC/Diploma in Logistics or related field.
- 2+ years of logistics or warehouse experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
- Organized, responsible, and a good team player.
