Job summary
A leading employment agency in Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to manage the complete placement process for domestic helpers. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, arranging interviews, and providing support to ensure satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in the employment agency sector and strong communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to achieve sales targets and oversee daily operations.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the employment agency sector specializing in Migrant Domestic Workers.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their specific needs.
- Facilitate and arrange interviews between employers and domestic helpers.
- Manage the complete placement process from start to finish.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively pursue leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations including administrative tasks.
Skills
Education
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and match them with suitable domestic helpers.
- Facilitate and arrange interviews between employers and domestic helpers.
- Manage the complete placement process from start to finish, ensuring thorough tracking and follow-up.
- Provide after-sales support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Proactively pursue leads and build relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations including managing biodata inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Recognized qualification or Certification in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the employment agency sector specializing in Migrant Domestic Workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
