A diversified business company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager (M&E) to assist in contract administration and liaise with M&E consultants. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel projects. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
Qualificações
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field.
- Experience in hotel projects is an added advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Assist in contract administration to ensure compliance with best practice.
- Liaise closely with M&E Consultant for design and tender.
- Check drawings and sample submissions to ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Specialized in Residential, Commercial or Hospitality Industry.

- Assist in contract administration to ensure a compliance with best practice.
