Pharmacist/Senior

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide clinical services to the patient
• Ensure safe and right distribution of drugs
• Adhere to the clinical regulations, compliances and procedures
• Assist the operations of the pharmacy
• Review and assess patients' medications
• Ensure sufficient medicine supplies in the pharmacy department
• Provide education to patients and caregivers
• Dispense medications and provide instructions in terms of drug usage
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
