Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire and outreach to potential sponsors, donors, and partners for funding.
  2. Execute programmes and initiatives to garner fresh funds.
  3. Relationship building to nurture unions and existing sponsors, donors, and partners.
  4. Execute events and activities to engage beneficiaries.
  5. Work with internal and external stakeholders to attain overall organisational objectives.
  6. Track programs, review fund applications and manage reports and budgets.
  7. Build and manage the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, website, and channels.
  8. Create appropriate and shareable content to gain awareness.

Requirements:

  1. Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in account management, sales, and marketing.
  2. Results-oriented personnel who have demonstrated a good track record in handling business partnerships and account management.
  3. Able to work independently to nurture relationships with corporates and partners.
  4. Experienced in planning and organizing events and programmes.
  5. Strong written and spoken communication skills, proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  6. Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  7. Having a ready network of corporates and partners to outreach to is an added advantage.
