Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
• Assist the TCM Physician in the assigned clinic.
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
• Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
• Other duties assigned by your reporting officer as required.
