VA Mantra is seeking a social media and marketing specialist for on-site, night shift work only. Opportunity to work with international clients.

1. Social Media Management: Create and manage social media channels for a diverse portfolio of clients.
2. Content Strategy: Research and understand each client's business to develop tailored content strategies.
3. Graphic Oversight: Oversee graphic design work, providing feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations.
4. Team Support: Assist team members with client queries related to digital marketing, SEO, posting, and design/editing tasks.
5. Content Creation Tools: Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate engaging video scripts and content.
6. Concept Application: Apply hook, story, and offer concepts to enhance content effectiveness.
7. Content Calendar Preparation: Develop content calendars in advance for timely content delivery.
8. Email Marketing: Experience with plain text and HTML emails.

• Minimum 2 years in social media management or related field.
• Proven ability to create compelling content.
• Strong understanding of design principles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, etc. (preferred but not required).

Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday off.

Full-time, Permanent
