• Assist in managing clients' accounting deadlines.
• Ensure accounting deadlines are met.
• Assist with GST preparation.
• Attending to finance function at client's office.
• Handling courier, postage and banking duties.
• Procurement of office supplies.
• Digitization of documents and correspondences.
• In charge of office maintenance.
• Maintain and update client database.
