Job summary
A company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the Finance team in managing daily accounting operations. Responsibilities include data entry, invoice processing, and handling accounts receivable/payable functions. Candidates should possess a NITEC or Diploma in Accounting or Finance and have good Excel skills. This role offers a 5-day work week with a focus on attention to detail and independent work.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
- Basic understanding of accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Support month-end closing and report preparation.

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team in managing daily accounting operations.
- Perform data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Assist in bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Support month-end closing and report preparation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit compliance.
- Assist Finance Manager with financial data collation and reporting tasks.
- Handle Ad hoc tasks as required delegated by management.
- NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Good learning attitude and able to work independently.
- Prefer West Area Staying Candidate
- Working location at Tuas (Gul Circle MRT)
- 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) from 08:00am - 17:45pm
