Job summary

in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to conduct investigations into student misconduct, interview witnesses, gather evidence, review CCTV, and prepare clear reports. You will liaise with external agencies such as the Police, MSF, and Child Protective Services as needed, support students through rehabilitation programmes, and maintain confidential case records and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a local polytechnic or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional experience working with youths.
• At least 2 years of experience in investigations and/or case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fair and thorough investigations into student misconduct cases, including interviews, evidence gathering, CCTV review, documentation, and report preparation.
• Ensure investigations are conducted objectively, sensitively, and in accordance with school and MOE guidelines.
• Liaise with external agencies such as the Police, MSF, Child Protective Services, and community partners when necessary.
• Support students through rehabilitation programmes, including regular check-ins, progress monitoring, and parent engagement.
• Conduct preventive patrols and walkabouts within and around the school to deter vaping, smoking, and other misconduct.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, rehabilitation plans, student interactions, and progress reports.
• Manage administrative and coordination duties, including stakeholder engagement and attending relevant training.
