Job summary

Migrantlink Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated safeguarding officer to conduct misconduct investigations and provide structured rehabilitation support for students.

You will collaborate with the student management team, form teachers, and school counsellors to investigate incidents and deliver trauma-informed processes. The role requires at least 2 years’ experience with youths in educational or community settings, a polytechnic diploma, and strong communication and documentation skills to

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents and staff.
• Capable of resolving conflicts and managing emergencies in a school setting.
• Precise report writing and case documentation.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Investigate misconduct by interviewing students, victims and witnesses and review evidence.
• Document findings objectively and prepare concise reports for the discipline committee.
• Maintain confidentiality and liaise with external agencies when escalation is required.
• Conduct one-on-one checks with students to monitor progress and provide mentoring.
• Engage parents/guardians and coordinate with community partners on rehabilitation plans.
