Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years direct experience working with children/youth at risk
• Experience delivering interventions, mentoring or development programmes
• Ability to build relationships and conduct workshops for students and staff

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement UPLIFT-style programmes with vendors
• Provide individual and group support to students across year levels
• Collaborate with Year Heads, counsellors and programme providers to monitor progress
• Maintain regular communications with parents and stakeholders and report progress
