Job summary

Qualifications

• The role prefers a certification or diploma in social work, counselling, psychology or related fields.
• An accreditation in restorative practices is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in counselling, social work, or youth work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Student Management Team in handling disciplinary cases and attendance issues.
• Assist in locating missing or unaccounted students and supervise holding rooms or detention.
• Conduct preliminary investigations, gather statements, and prepare incident reports.
• Monitor late arrivals and maintain accurate attendance and disciplinary records.
• Provide mentorship and emotional support to students and build positive relationships.
