Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in discipline management or behaviour support with youths.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with youths and adults.
Ability to apply restorative practices or structured behaviour management frameworks.
Demonstrates emotional resilience and cultural sensitivity, with professional handling of high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Support daily discipline operations, including managing latecomers and suspensions.
Conduct investigations into incidents and follow up with students and parents.
Guide and mentor students with disciplinary issues; monitor progress toward outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, cases, findings and progress updates.
Follow safeguarding protocols and raise concerns regarding student safety promptly.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance (PDPA) in handling information.
