Job summary

Responsibilities

Engage and mentor students to support their emotional, social, and well-being needs effectively.
Plan and supervise after-school engagement activities to foster student development.
Monitor student progress regularly and provide tailored support to address individual needs.
Communicate student progress and participation clearly with parents and guardians.
Collaborate with teachers, school management, and community partners to implement student support programs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
Adhere to school safeguarding, emergency, confidentiality, and data-protection procedures consistently.
Perform additional student-related duties as assigned by the school.
