Job summary

Care Community Services Society (CCSS) in Singapore seeks a Programme Executive for the d'Klub mentoring programme. You will coordinate volunteers, support centre operations, and deliver mentoring activities to empower children and youths through meaningful engagement.

You'll work closely with the Care Youth Department and partners to organise curriculum, outings, and home visits, while ensuring strong relationships and service excellence across CCSS's programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in community services or working with children/youths.
• Available to work full-day on Saturdays (essential for programme activities).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteers, including recruitment, orientation, and training.
• Support centre operations and deliver mentoring programmes.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and partners to provide holistic support.
