Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd is seeking a Social Worker / Social Work Executive / Youth Worker (Youth Services) to support operations and help design and deliver services for adolescents across communities, schools, and legal systems.

You will help implement programmes, participate in research, and contribute to learning and development to meet developmental milestones for youth participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• Preferably some experience with young persons.
• Entry level graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to engage with young persons in formal and informal settings.
• Able to design, deliver and evaluate programmes independently.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan and execute programmes and activities with adolescents in schools, communities and mandated settings.
• Support research and evaluation efforts to improve service quality and programme efficacy.
• Participate in learning and development activities and propose needed training for own development.
