Job summary

Tzu Chi International in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive, Youth Development & Community Building to advance the youth ecosystem by creating meaningful opportunities for young people to connect, grow, serve and lead. The role focuses on building a sustainable engagement pipeline, from outreach to belonging, service and leadership, while supporting the Education Mission transformation.

You will work with schools, volunteers and community partners to develop pathways across youth programs,

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in youth work, community development, education, social sciences or related fields.
2–4 years of relevant experience in youth, community, education or social sector work.
Strong programme development, coordination and execution capabilities.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture a sustainable youth community and engagement platforms.
Create pathways connecting programmes, volunteering and leadership opportunities.
Enable youth-led action and leadership through experiential learning and mentorship.
Build partnerships with schools, youth organisations and community stakeholders.
Support Education Mission development and transformation as a secondary portfolio.
Track participation, progression and impact across youth initiatives.
