Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Youth Development Program Coordinator to support empowerment of youth through holistic development programs and mentorship. The role focuses on planning, delivering, and refining activities that build health, education, and life skills among youths.

The candidate will mentor participants, collaborate with partners, and maintain records while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected to meet programme needs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to engage and motivate youths from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and implement programmes facilitating holistic youth development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships, serving as a mentor to youth.
• Provide individual support and guidance to assist youth in overcoming challenges.
• Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and activities on health, education, and life skills.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address youth needs.
• Maintain accurate case records in compliance with organisational policies.
• Engage with the community to understand local youth interests.
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Stay updated on trends and issues affecting young people.
