Job summary

Fei Yue Community Services in Singapore is seeking an experienced Outreach Coordinator to plan, execute, and monitor programmes for children, youths and families. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Execute outreach activities and intervention programmes for children, youths, and families.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of programme goals by monitoring progress and implementing improvements based on regular evaluations.
  • Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders and volunteers, taking the lead in facilitating collaborative initiatives that uplifts the community.
  • Co-develop and implement volunteer training to support the community work.
  • Maintain timely documentation and accurate data management systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Commit to a flexible schedule, including at least two nights per month and occasional weekend work.
  • Other Administrative duties.
