IET Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a counselling role assisting secondary school students. You will mentor, counsel, and develop interventions to support academic, behavioural, and social-emotional development, boosting resilience and personal growth.

You will run individual and group sessions, coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff, and maintain confidential case records to ensure progress and compliance with counselling standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience counselling or working with secondary school-aged teenagers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and prepare reports per counselling standards.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and counsel students to address academic, behavioural, and social-emotional challenges, fostering their personal growth
• Identify student concerns and develop tailored interventions and coping strategies to build resilience
• Plan and facilitate individual and group engagement programs, including after-school activities and attendance support, to enhance student involvement
• Conduct home visits with school staff and coordinate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to monitor and support student progress
• Maintain confidential student case records, prepare weekly progress reports, and support follow-up actions in compliance with professional counselling standards
