Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated counsellor to support students with emotional and social well-being. You will assess needs, provide counselling, and collaborate with teachers and parents while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include designing engagement activities, home visits where appropriate, and documenting weekly case summaries to inform interventions and program improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Counselling or Psychology is required.
• Experience counselling with students or youth.

Responsibilities

• Meet and build rapport with students needing intervention and discuss emotions.
• Identify underlying issues to plan effective interventions and build resilience.
• Address concerns and equip students with coping strategies.
• Mentor students, providing guidance, motivation, and emotional support.
• Customise and implement engagement programmes for individuals or groups.
• Conduct home visits and meetings with stakeholders as appropriate.
• Monitor and communicate with stakeholders to follow up.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit weekly case summaries.
• Manage administrative load with external stakeholders.
• Share counselling tips with teachers and stakeholders at least once a term.
• Follow school SOPs for consultation, feedback, and parent engagement; uphold confidentiality.
