Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated social worker to mentor identified students over approximately nine months, providing counselling, assessment, and comprehensive case management.

You will build strong relationships to support holistic development, monitor risk, plan interventions (including home visits), and collaborate with school leaders to ensure timely support for students. This part-time role runs three weekdays per week, 9 am–3 pm, at Singapore school sites.

Qualifications

• Accredited social worker status or MOE-certified personnel.
• Experience in mentoring and counselling students.
• Background in case management and intervention planning.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with identified students over ~9 months and provide mentoring, counselling and case management.
• Build positive relationships, monitor risks, and safeguard students.
• Plan and conduct intervention programmes, including home visits.
• Provide professional social work and counselling, including psychosocial interventions.
• Observe needs and report to school leaders for early intervention.
• Engage families and collaborate with Student Management and Development teams.
