IET Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated mentor to guide students through the UPLIFT programme, offering individual and group support to boost academic and personal development, while coordinating engagements with teachers and parents.

You will maintain confidential records, prepare progress reports, and collaborate with school teams to monitor progress and implement timely interventions. Diploma required, at least 1 year in youth engagement; strong communication and organisational skills

Qualifications

Diploma qualification minimum.
At least 1 year of experience engaging, supporting, or managing children and youths.

Responsabilités

Mentor students individually and in small groups to provide tailored guidance and support for academic and personal development.
Support students facing challenges in attendance, motivation, behavior, and academic engagement to improve their school participation.
Coordinate and facilitate student engagement activities, life skills workshops, and enrichment programmes under the UPLIFT initiative.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school support teams to monitor student progress and coordinate timely interventions.
Maintain accurate and confidential student engagement records and prepare progress reports to track outcomes and inform stakeholders.
