Job summary

SoftwareOne seeks a Partner & Business Development Coordinator in Singapore to support partner engagement and drive XSP growth. You will assist account managers, keep CRM clean, and coordinate cross‑functional communications across sales, presales, and operations.

The role involves onboarding partners, tracking opportunities, and contributing to market research and campaign activities to accelerate XSP pipelines and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 0-1 year’s experience is acceptable for this role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers in identifying and engaging partners for XSP solutions.
• Assist in partner follow-ups, relationship management, and business development activities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, and partner information accuracy.
• Coordinate communications between sales, presales, operations, vendors, and partner.
• Assist in onboarding and enabling partners for XSP offerings.
• Support tracking of XSP sales opportunities and pipeline progression.
• Assist in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing partner accounts.
• Conduct market and competitor research for XSP solutions and vendors.
• Help consolidate partner feedback, market insights, and business opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for internal business reviews.
• Support data cleanup and process improvement initiatives with ISR team.
• Support XSP campaigns, webinars, workshops, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate enablement sessions and prepare presentation materials.
