• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months); part-time interns welcome (min 3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Assist local merchant acquisition and onboard service point partners.
• Produce training materials and guide service point partners on SPX features.
• Maintain and update service point information and settings in the system.
• Maintain operation standards and provide feedback to service point partners.
• Serve as intermediary between service point partners and internal operations to enhance standards.
• Consolidate monthly billings and trackers.
• Perform cold calling duties as needed.
