Job summary

Exeo Global is seeking a motivated hardware technician with x86 infrastructure knowledge to join our Singapore team. You will provide field support, diagnose hardware and OS issues, and perform onsite installations and repairs in enterprise environments.

Role requires strong communication, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You may rotate standby duties, aiming for high-quality service delivery and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or equivalent required.
• Experience with x86 hardware and enterprise infrastructure preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux/Unix and virtualization beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support based on SLA (24x7).
• Perform standby duty on rotation.
• Deliver post-sales hardware and OS troubleshooting and repair.
• Coordinate onsite support and project implementation.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and timely activity updates.
