Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in an IT-related discipline is required.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Server+ are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of x86 hardware and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support based on SLA (24x7).
• Perform standby duty based on rotation basis.
• Implement post-sales projects, onsite support and coordination.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and virtualization in enterprise environments.
• Maintain equipment housekeeping and update activity lists weekly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changes.
