Job summary

Exeo Global in Singapore seeks a motivated hardware technician with 1–2 years of experience to join the team. You will provide field support, diagnostics, repair of hardware, operating systems, and virtualization in dynamic enterprise environments.

You should have a Diploma in IT, plus certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Server+. Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and VMware is preferred. Ability to lift <15 kg and work collaboratively is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar field.
• Diploma in an IT-related discipline.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Server+ or relevant.
• Substantial x86 hardware experience acceptable without certification.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support based on SLA (24x7).
• Perform standby duty based on rotation.
• Post-sales project implementation and onsite support.
• Break-fix for hardware and OS issues with troubleshooting.
• Maintain equipment in designated areas and report weekly activity.
