Job summary

EXEO Global Asset Holdings is seeking a dynamic hardware field engineer with solid x86/x64, storage and networking knowledge to provide pre-sales and post-sales support in enterprise environments. You will perform problem determination, diagnostic testing, and solution delivery across hardware, OS, virtualization, and infrastructure, with SLA-driven, 24x7 field support and a focus on customer satisfaction.

3–5 years’ experience, IT-related Diploma/Degree, and OEM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT-related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in hardware field support.
• Strong knowledge of x86/x64 systems, storage, and network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 field break-fix and remote support as per SLA.
• Perform problem determination and action plan with remote technicians.
• Lead post-sales project implementation and onsite support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, virtualization and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain tidy work area and update activity lists.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
