Job summary

PERSOL seeks a capable Field Service Engineer to support semiconductor equipment in Singapore. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain and repair complex systems on-site, liaising with customers and coordinating logistics, sometimes on standby after office hours.

The role requires disciplined, independent work and a willingness to operate in cleanroom environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, report trends and help prevent recurring issues through

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve semiconductor equipment and system issues (computer, software, networked/wireless).
On-site installation, continual improvement programmes, parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications and repair on equipment.
Liaise with customers on admin and technical matters for assigned projects.
Coordinate logistics with customers for equipment matters.
Respond to complaints with timely solutions.
Monitor product performance and provide regular status reports on service requests.
Escalate common complaints to management for preventive actions.
