Job summary

EXEO GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic hardware-focused field engineer with hands-on experience in x86/x64, storage, and network products to provide both post-sales and pre-sales support in enterprise environments.

You will perform field break-fix, problem determination, and remote support, contribute as a technical ambassador for key accounts, and coordinate onsite project implementations while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in similar field
Diploma/Degree in IT related discipline
Strong x86/storage mid to enterprise hardware experience
Trained in field engineering, troubleshooting methodology and remedial action
Hardware troubleshooting on x86/x64 systems (IBM/HP/Dell/SUN/Oracle/Cisco UCS)
Familiar with data center OS, virtualization solutions and infrastructure setup
Clear written and verbal communication; team player
Experience in independent hardware maintenance and services coordination
Service-oriented and open mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Able to lift <15kg and perform system rack mounting

Responsibilities

Provide field break-fix support based on SLA (24x7)
Problem determination, action plan creation, and remote support for field technicians
Serve as technical ambassador for assigned key accounts
Provide post-sales project implementation, onsite support and coordination
Break-fix support including inspection, troubleshooting and hardware replacement
Deliver high quality services and customer satisfaction
Maintain tidy equipment area and workspace in the engineering zone
Provide timely updates of activity lists as required
Drive self-improvement and keep up with latest technologies
Standby duty on a rotation basis
Work independently with minimal supervision
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
