Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Wireless Workforce Management System (WWMS) Subject Matter Expert to design, develop, implement and enhance enterprise workforce and field service management solutions in Singapore. The role requires hands-on experience with WWMS platforms and field applications, plus expertise in Verisae, ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or equivalent, SAP integration, APIs, Apache Kafka, microservices and CI/CD automation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with workforce management systems or field service platforms.
• Experience with Verisae, ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or similar platforms.
• Experience SAP integration and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and real-time data streams.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Git.
• Cloud technologies and containerised environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and support WWMS and field service solutions.
• Configure and maintain Verisae, ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or equivalents.
• Support mobile field applications used by field operations teams.
• Ensure real-time capture and transmission of job status and field data.
• Develop scalable meter reading and field data collection solutions.
• Engage in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Implement enhancements and integrations across WWMS and related platforms.
• Design and develop integrations between WWMS, SAP and other enterprise apps using APIs.
• Develop microservices-based, event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git and cloud tech.
• Support containerised applications and cloud deployment environments.
• Troubleshoot and document systems; produce technical specs and end-user docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile delivery.
