Job summary

ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced software professional to drive design, development and deployment of workforce management and field service systems.

You will work with WWMS, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms like SAP, delivering real-time updates, testing enhancements, and scalable data processing for field operations. Qualifications

• Experience with workforce management or enterprise field service systems.
• Design, develop, deploy field service or WWMS integrations and platforms.
• Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices and containerized environments.
• Ability to create system documentation and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience with WWMS, mobile field apps, or SAP-like systems.
• Design, develop, deploy field service/workforce management solutions.
• Ensure real-time updates of job status and meter readings via mobile devices.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and change implementations.
• Experience with scalable meter reading for field operations.
• Hands-on with event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
• Lead CI/CD automation using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Cloud tech.
• Create technical and end-user documentation.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Prior experience or exposure to workforce management systems (WWMS), mobilefield apps, or enterprise systems like SAP.
Experience of design, develop, deploy field service / workforce managementsystem such as Verisae Viryanaet G4 / Accruent vField Accruent is a must
Ensure accurate, real-time updates of job status, meter readings, and follow-upactions via mobile or tablet-based WWMS
Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new digitalfeatures or change requests for WWMS and related platforms
Experience in scalable meter reading solution to support field operations teamsto perform efficient meter data collection and processing.
Hands-on experience in microservices-based event-driven architecture leveragingApache Kafka to enable scalable, real-time event processing and communicationbetween producer and subscriber systems.
Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation using Jenkins, Docker,Kubernetes, Git, and Cloud technologies.
Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for thesoftware or system.
