Job summary

FCS Careers Pte Ltd is assisting a leading global logistics and supply chain provider to hire a Technical Solution Architect (WMS) in Singapore. You will design and deliver scalable technology solutions for warehouse operations and integrate with automation systems.

You will guide architecture across WMS, integrations, and cloud platforms, partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure robust, secure, and high-performance solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT.
• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and logistics tech.
• Experience delivering large-scale warehouse automation.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Technical Solution Architect (WMS) to design and deliver scalable technology solutions for warehouse and logistics operations, providing architectural guidance across WMS, integrations, and automation technologies.

• Lead the design and delivery of technology solutions supporting warehouse and logistics operations;
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable and practical technology solutions;
  
• Oversee system architecture, integrations, and technology implementation across relevant platforms;
  
• Work closely with internal teams, customers, and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery;
  
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support;
  
• Ensure solutions meet appropriate standards for performance, security, reliability, and scalability;
  
• Support solution assessments, customer engagements, and technical discussions where required;
  
• Drive continuous improvement, standards and documentation, as well as best practices;
  
• Support regional and multi-site technology strategies.
  

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology;
  
• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture or relevant technology roles;
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics operations and the relevant technology solutions;
  
• Experience in delivering large-scale automation solutions for warehouse operations across many sites;
  
• Experience in cloud technologies;
  
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, or modern software delivery practices is advantageous;
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  
• Able to work effectively with business, technical, and external stakeholders.
