Job summary

TVS SCS Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT application specialist to maintain and design solutions for WMS and Power Forms automation. You will support users, troubleshoot issues, and implement light B2B integrations with customer systems.

The role requires 1–3 years in application maintenance, solid WMS knowledge, and scripting ability (macros, PHP, Power Apps). You will collaborate with vendors and business teams to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in IT or related field.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in application maintenance and support in contract logistics and/or freight forwarding.
Strong knowledge of WMS preferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages including macros, PHP, Power Apps or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Application Support and User Management.
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Provide user support and troubleshooting for applications and B2B integrations per SLA.
Liaise with software vendor to resolve issues.
Design basic B2B integrations between customer systems and WMS including developing programs/scripts to convert customer formats if required.
Participate in improvement projects to increase system efficiency.
Partner with system vendor for updating, upgrading and enhancement of system.
Serve as system subject matter expert and conduct regular user training in relation to assigned software.
