Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
Experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst or similar in enterprise technology projects.
Experience with Workforce Management Systems (WWMS) or SAP; field service/workforce management systems is highly preferred.
Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Manage implementation, enhancement and support of WWMS and related enterprise applications.
Gather, analyse and translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical requirements.
Work closely with business users, field operations teams, developers, architects and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Support design, development and deployment of field service/workforce management solutions such as Verisae/ViryaNet G4 or Accruent vField.
Ensure accurate and real-time updates of job status, meter readings and follow-up activities through mobile or tablet-based workforce management applications.
Coordinate system integration between workforce management platforms and enterprise systems such as SAP and other backend applications.
Support CI/CD automation and cloud technologies; participate in API development, testing and production support.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced OneMDM Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement and delivery of enterprise workforce management and field service solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, field operations teams and technical teams to gather requirements, coordinate system enhancements and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions supporting workforce and field operations.

The role requires strong experience in Workforce Management Systems (WWMS), enterprise application delivery, system integration and technical project coordination, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the implementation, enhancement and support of Workforce Management Systems (WWMS) and related enterprise applications.
Gather, analyse and translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical requirements.
Work closely with business users, field operations teams, developers, architects and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Support the design, development and deployment of field service and workforce management solutions such as Verisae/ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or similar platforms.
Ensure accurate and real-time updates of job status, meter readings and follow-up activities through mobile or tablet-based workforce management applications.
Participate in system enhancements, change requests, testing, implementation and rollout of new digital capabilities.
Support scalable meter-reading solutions that enable field operations teams to efficiently collect, process and manage meter data.
Coordinate system integration between workforce management platforms and enterprise systems such as SAP and other backend applications.
Support solutions built using microservices-based and event-driven architectures, including Apache Kafka for real-time event processing and communication between producer and subscriber systems.
Work with technical teams on CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation using technologies such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git and Cloud platforms.
Support API development, application integration, system testing, deployment and production support activities.
Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, user guides, process documentation and operational procedures.
Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness and post-implementation support.
Manage project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables to ensure successful completion within agreed timelines.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress, risks and key decisions.
Support Agile delivery activities including requirement prioritisation, backlog management, sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
Ensure solutions comply with relevant application support, operational and ITIL processes.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
Relevant experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Application Consultant or similar role within enterprise technology projects.
Prior experience or strong exposure to Workforce Management Systems (WWMS), mobile field applications or enterprise platforms such as SAP.
Hands-on experience with the design, development or implementation of field service/workforce management systems such as Verisae/ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or equivalent solutions is highly preferred.
Experience supporting meter-reading or field operations solutions would be advantageous.
Good understanding of enterprise application development, system integration and API-based architectures.
Knowledge or experience with microservices and event-driven architecture, preferably using Apache Kafka.
Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines and Cloud technologies.
Understanding of software development lifecycle activities including design, architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment and production support.
Experience with Electric Vehicle charging systems and protocols such as OCPP/OCPI would be advantageous.
Familiarity with ITIL/application support processes is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams and translate operational requirements into practical technology solutions.
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment is preferred.
