is seeking an experienced Wireless Workforce Management System (WWMS) Subject Matter Expert to design, develop, implement and enhance enterprise workforce and field service management solutions in Singapore. The role requires hands-on experience with WWMS platforms and field applications, plus expertise in Verisae, ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or equivalent, SAP integration, APIs, Apache Kafka, microservices and CI/CD automation.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience with workforce management systems or field service platforms.
Experience with Verisae, ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or similar platforms.
Experience SAP integration and enterprise system integrations.
Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
Experience with Apache Kafka and real-time data streams.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Wireless Workforce Management System (WWMS) Subject Matter Expert to support the design, development, implementation and enhancement of enterprise workforce and field service management solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with workforce management platforms, mobile field applications and enterprise system integrations. Experience in Verisae / ViryaNet G4 / Accruent vField or equivalent workforce management solutions is essential.

The role involves working closely with business users, field operations teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure workforce management solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement and support Wireless Workforce Management System (WWMS) and field service management solutions.
Configure, enhance and maintain workforce management platforms such as Verisae, ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or equivalent solutions.
Support mobile and tablet-based field applications used by field operations teams.
Ensure accurate and real-time capture and transmission of job status, meter readings, field activities and follow-up actions through WWMS platforms.
Design and support scalable meter reading solutions for efficient field data collection and processing.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, system integration, testing, deployment and production support.
Implement system enhancements, digital features and change requests across WWMS and related enterprise platforms.
Design and develop integrations between WWMS, SAP and other enterprise applications using APIs and integration technologies.
Develop and support microservices-based, event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for scalable real-time communication between producer and subscriber systems.
Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git and cloud technologies.
Support containerised applications and cloud-based deployment environments.
Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, application support and resolution of production issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, functional specifications and end-user operational documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment of project deliverables.
Participate in Agile delivery activities including planning, testing, deployment and stakeholder discussions.
Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise for workforce management and field service solutions.
Support the complete software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment and support.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in software development, enterprise application implementation or workforce management solutions.
Hands-on experience with workforce management systems, field service management platforms or mobile field applications.
Practical experience with Verisae, ViryaNet G4, Accruent vField or similar workforce management platforms is highly preferred.
Experience integrating workforce management applications with enterprise systems such as SAP.
Strong understanding of enterprise application development and system integration.
Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
Experience with Apache Kafka, including producer/subscriber-based event processing.
Experience with REST APIs, system integration and backend application development.
Hands-on knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Git.
Experience working with cloud technologies and containerised environments.
Good understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps automation.
Experience with scalable meter reading or field data collection solutions will be advantageous.
Knowledge or experience with Electric Vehicle charging systems and protocols such as OCPP/OCPI will be advantageous.
Familiarity with ITIL/application support processes and production operations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
