Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced engineer to drive design, development, and deployment of field service/workforce management systems.

The role focuses on real-time updates, integration with SAP-like systems, and scalable data processing using microservices and Kafka. You will contribute to system enhancements, testing, and deployment of new digital features, while creating thorough documentation and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Management Systems (WWMS) or SAP.
• Design, develop, and deploy field service/workforce management systems.
• Experience with microservices-based, event-driven architectures and Kafka.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and DevOps using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Cloud tech.

Responsibilities

• Prior exposure to WWMS, mobile field apps, or enterprise systems such as SAP.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying field service/workforce management systems (e.g., Verisae ViryaNet G4 / Accruent vField).
• Ensure real-time updates of job status, meter readings, and follow-up actions via mobile/ tablet WWMS.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new digital features for WWMS.
• Experience with scalable meter reading solutions to support field operations.
• Work with microservices-based, event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Cloud tech.
• Produce technical, functional, and end-user documentation.
• Software development across design, architecture, development, integration, testing, and support.
• Ensure deliverables align with project requirements.
