Job summary

TEKISHUB Consulting Services Pte. Ltd. invites an experienced OneMDM Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead enterprise workforce management and field service initiatives in Singapore.

You will gather requirements, align business needs with technology, and coordinate across stakeholders, developers and vendors to deliver scalable WWMS and related applications. The role emphasizes agile delivery and CI/CD practices for rapid, reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst or similar in enterprise technology projects.
• Experience with Workforce Management Systems (WWMS) or SAP; field service/workforce management systems is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, enhancement and support of WWMS and related enterprise applications.
• Gather, analyse and translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Work closely with business users, field operations teams, developers, architects and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support design, development and deployment of field service/workforce management solutions such as Verisae/ViryaNet G4 or Accruent vField.
• Ensure accurate and real-time updates of job status, meter readings and follow-up activities through mobile or tablet-based workforce management applications.
• Coordinate system integration between workforce management platforms and enterprise systems such as SAP and other backend applications.
• Support CI/CD automation and cloud technologies; participate in API development, testing and production support.
