Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to lead safety compliance and risk management at project sites in Singapore, ensuring adherence to MOM and WSH regulations.

You will implement policies, conduct inspections, lead toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and oversee regulatory oversight to promote a safe work environment. This role requires active MOM registration and proven field experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) registration with MOM.
• Proven experience in construction or project site safety management.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workplace safety and health compliance at project sites to maintain regulatory standards and reduce risks.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and prevent incidents.
• Implement and oversee WSH policies, procedures, and safe work practices to ensure consistent safety performance.
• Investigate workplace incidents thoroughly and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Lead safety briefings and toolbox meetings to communicate safety protocols and engage workers.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with MOM and WSH regulations through proactive oversight.
