Job summary

Inspired Homes Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) for construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with the WSH Act, MOM requirements, and industry safety standards across multiple sites, conducting inspections, enforcing PPE usage, and leading safety programs.

The ideal candidate has registered MOM WSHO status with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a proactive approach to hazard identification and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• 3–5 years of relevant safety experience in Singapore’s construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act and MOM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction activities comply with WSH Act, MOM requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across multiple sites; stop unsafe work when needed.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, SWPs and safety management plans.
• Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox talks and trainings for workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare for MOM inspections; liaise with authorities as required.
• Provide safety reports and drive continuous improvement of site safety practices.
