• Experience coordinating with facilities, technicians, and cleaning teams.

• Confident hosting and presentation skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable with change.
• Ability to manage difficult clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client events from briefs to execution.
• Build a local event calendar aligned with regional initiatives.
• Orient new hires and manage access, welcome packs, site tours.
• Analyze workspace data to improve experience.
• Lead showrounds to promote meeting room usage.
• Provide weekly updates to Workspace Experience Manager.
• Support health, safety and sustainability initiatives.
