GREENMARK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a diligent Safety Officer to implement and monitor WSH requirements at project sites in Singapore.

You will conduct regular site inspections, safety observations, and audits, and coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance. You will lead incident investigations, risk assessments, SWP reviews, PTW oversight, toolbox talks and maintain detailed records. Candidates should have Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B), BizSAFE Level 2, and strong

• Experience in civil infrastructure or construction projects is advantageous.

• Maintain proper records of inspections, safety meetings, training, incidents and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, workers and subcontractors on WSH matters.
• Participate in emergency preparedness, drills and safety campaigns.
• Attend WSH meetings and assist in implementing the project's Safety Management System.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, access control, barricading and safe worksite conditions.
• Liaise with relevant parties during WSH inspections, audits and regulatory visits.
• Promote a strong safety culture and encourage workers to follow safe working practices.
• Perform any other WSH-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Must possess an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• Must possess a valid Manage Work at Height certificate.
• Must possess a valid Risk Management (BizSAFE Level 2) certificate.
• Additional relevant WSH / safety-related certifications will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in civil infrastructure, or construction projects will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, consultants, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Immediate availability / short-notice candidates will be an advantage.
