Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Coordinator (Construction) to ensure compliance with the WSH Act, company safety requirements, and to lead site safety inspections daily.

Responsibilities include monitoring risk assessments, safe work procedures and permit to work, conducting safety inductions, toolbox talks and maintaining safety records. Ideal candidates have the WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with a refresher, WA H assessor certification and solid construction safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Ensure compliance with the WSH Act and company safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with RA, SWP, and PTW.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with a valid refresher certificate.
• Work at Heights (WAH) Assessor and Risk Management certifications.
• Minimum 3 year of construction safety experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
