Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Safety & Health professional to implement and maintain WSH policies at project sites. You will conduct regular site inspections, monitor PPE compliance and lead toolbox talks and inductions.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant WSH/construction experience, and you will coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to Singapore WSH regulations. Competitive benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining WSH policies and procedures at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and improvement measures.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining WSH-related documentation, records and reports.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and site inductions for workers and site personnel.
• Monitor workers’ compliance with safety requirements, PPE and safe work practices.
• Assist in incident reporting, investigation and follow-up where required.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and relevant parties on WSH matters.
• Support risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and other safety-related activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction or a related field.


• Relevant WSH certification, such as WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent.


• At least 2 years of relevant WSH / construction site experience.


• Experience in Singapore construction projects will be an advantage.


• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
