Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator to oversee WSH compliance and EHS programs for LTA projects in Singapore. You will conduct daily inspections, identify hazards and coordinate safe work procedures in alignment with the WSH Act.

You will prepare monthly risk assessments, support audits, and train workers and subcontractors on safety systems. A WSQ WSH advanced cert with refresher and WAH assessor cert are required, with at least two years of

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work independently and drive safety initiatives.
• Proven knowledge of WSH practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in construction environments and LTA exposure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in implementation of the EHS management system.
• Ensure site activities comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Conduct daily WSH inspections of machinery, equipment and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement controls.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports, risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors follow EHS systems and legal needs.
• Maintain EHS records and checklists.
• Participate in internal/external audits.
• Investigate and report incidents and near misses.
• Conduct WSH and related training.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.

Job Requirement:

• WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.

• Minimum 2years' experience in construction and LTA exposure.
