KOH BROTHERS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to support safety operations on our construction project.

The role involves implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across all work activities. Responsibilities include risk management, HSE inspections, incident investigations, PTW assessments, and coordinating training,

Qualifications

• Advance WSH certificate or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of LTA/CAG main contractor experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Scaffold Safety Supervisor Course certificate required.
• Project location: Lorong Halus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk management activities.
• Conduct HSE inspections.
• Identify unsafe conditions and act.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct investigations on incidents.
• Conduct HSE training, including safety induction.
• Participate in HSE safety committee.
• Assess permit-to-work (PTW) and maintain HSE documents.
• Professional knowledge in Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental.
• Able to manage subcontractors and lead workers.

Job description

Role Requirements

• Advance WSH certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of LTA / CAG experience (Main Contractor experience)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Possess a Scaffold Safety Supervisor Course certificate
• Project Location: Lorong Halus
