Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator to support WSH Act compliance, assist in implementing the EHS management system, and ensure site activities meet legal requirements.

Responsibilities include daily WSH inspections, hazard identification with control measures, monthly reports and risk assessments, incident investigations, and training. Certificates in WSH and risk management, plus 2 years in construction, are required.

Qualifications

• WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate.
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
• Ensure all site activities comply with legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports, risk assessments, safe work procedures and permits.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS management system and legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/checklists.
• Participate in internal/external audits.
• Investigate and report WSH incidents and near misses.
• Conduct WSH and related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Project Manager and Management.

• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.

Job Requirement:
