Job summary

The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) at Singapore University of Social Sciences seeks an Assistant Manager, Workplace Innovation to lead the development of scalable workplace learning interventions and market-ready solutions.

You will advise CWLI-funded projects on pedagogy, design, and adoption, and train consultants on the educational principles underpinning each offering. You will collaborate across teams to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in education, learning sciences, instructional design, or related field.
• 5–8 years in learning design or adult education applying adult learning principles.
• Experience productising learning solutions for enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, market-ready workplace learning interventions.
• Create enablement resources and train consultants on pedagogy and application.
• Monitor solution adoption and gather enterprise feedback for iteration.
• Advise funded projects on pedagogy and market readiness.
